No Guarantee of Outcome: We are dedicated to “promoting healthy behaviors and encouraging independent living”; however, we cannot guarantee specific health outcomes or total prevention of accidents (such as falls) due to the nature of home care.
3. Professional Standards & Compliance
Florida Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Caregiver Screening: In compliance with Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) standards, all Opal Rose caregivers have cleared a Nationwide Level 2 Background Screening, drug testing, and are CPR/BLS certified.
Service Area: Our services are primarily offered to residents in Pinellas and Pasco counties.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Opal Rose logo, the “Founder’s Message,” service descriptions, and site design, is the exclusive property of Opal Rose Home Care & Companion Services.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any information from this site without express written consent from Opal Rose management.

5. Client Expectations & Conduct
To ensure a “warm, supportive, and welcoming environment,” we expect the following:

Exclusivity: Once services have commenced, clients are encouraged to coordinate all care through our administrative office to ensure quality control and caregiver safety.
